SOMEONE OF SOHO
EXHIBITION JUNE 2020
While Soho's landscape may change, it’s the people who define its character. This was highlighted by the devastating change that lockdown brought to an area I worked in for 30 years.
SOMEONE OF SOHO is a series of portraits I took of people who live and work in this quarter of London. People who help define the character and soul of the neighbourhood.
I’ve took these souls back to the deserted streets of Soho and exhibited them on shopfronts, windows and doorways. To bring back some humanity and positivity. After all it's people who make places.
This exhibition is just a small selection from over 200 portraits I have made in the last 5 year years.
I’m a portrait photographer fascinated by regular people with interesting stories. I shoot both digitally and on film. Please feel free to contact me on the email below.
